We are creating an edible and sensory garden at Craigmillar Library. This garden will be open to the public and for all of Greater Craigmillar to enjoy.
Our first community gardening session will take place on Weds 24th June 2026 from 10.30am - 1.30pm with our new community gardener Kat.
The session is open to all and no experience is needed.
Craigmillar Library Sensory Garden
We have an exciting opportunity this year in Niddrie Mill. We are building a neighbourhood garden open to all. This will be a space for growing a range of fruit and veg for the local community, but also for connection and bringing folk together.
We are currently building the community shed at the site, and our next volunteer build day is Weds 27th May 2026 from 10.30am. Come along to learn some DIY skills, or to share your skills with others!
